WINCO - NEXT

In 2000, Tom and Carl Hanacek represented WinCo Foods on the purchase of 18-acres of commercial land in Richland, Washington and were retained by WinCo to sell the remaining inline pads and out parcels. Tom and Carl were successful in selling all the pads and out parcels for users such as Applebee’s, Dollar Tree, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Jack-in-the-Box, as well as, to developers who built free-standing retail buildings for tenants such as Starbucks and Hollywood Video.
