NIKE/SEASIDE - NEXT

Tom and Carl Hanacek have leased over 1 million square feet of factory outlet center space nationally. Picture to the left is the Nike Factory Store in Seaside, Oregon. While leasing the Seaside Factory Outlet, Tom Hanacek was able to secure a commitment from Nike to open an outlet store here and helped to finalize the lease between the owner, Seaside, LLC and Nike, Inc. This was Nike’s first factory outlet center store in the State of Oregon. Tom has also negotiated leases with Eddie Bauer in Lincoln City, Oregon, Bend, Oregon, and Boise, Idaho: not to mention leases with Adidas America, Coldwater Creek, Harry & David, Osh Kosh, Pendleton Woolen Mills, Tree of Life Christian Outlet, Sara Lee, Famous Footwear, Zumiez, Helly Hansen, Mikasa and Perfect Look, to name a few. Currently, Tom serves as a tenant representative for Pendleton Woolen Mills and Tree of Life, with regard to their regional and national outlet retail expansion.
