BOISE FACTORY OUTLET - NEXT

As leasing agents for the Boise Factory Outlet located on Interstate 84 in Boise, Idaho, Tom and Carl became aware of the ownership, S-Sixteen, a real estate trust formed on behalf of the sixteen grandchildren of J.R. Simplot, willingness to sell the center and brought the offering to Canterbury Real Estate Services of Portland, Oregon who was in the process of successfully completing the conversion of the Tanger Outlet Center in McMinnville, Oregon into a mixed use development.

In August of 2001, Tom and Carl completed the sale of the Boise Factory Outlet for a purchase price of $7.8 million.

Today the Boise Factory Outlet is still operating as a factory outlet center and is close to being 100% leased.
